We now know exactly when and where the Colorado Rockies will play during the 2021 season as Major League Baseball has unveiled all game times for the season.
The Colorado Rockies will begin the 2021 regular-season schedule at home against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Thursday, April 1. First pitch is scheduled for 2:10 p.m. (Mountain time) and the game will be televised on ESPN as well as AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain.
As a note, all times listed below are Mountain time.
The rest of the four-game series against the Dodgers will have varying start times, with Friday’s contest scheduled at 6:40 p.m., Saturday’s game at 6:10 p.m., and Sunday’s series finale going at 1:10 p.m.

Other highlights of the Rockies home slate include the first visit of the season from the San Diego Padres (Monday-Wednesday, May 10-12, with Monday and Tuesday games at 6:40 p.m. and Wednesday’s getaway game slated for 1:10 p.m) and Nolan Arenado’s first return trip to Coors Field as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals scheduled for Thursday-Sunday, July 1-4 (various game times for all four games with Thursday starting at 6:40 p.m., Friday starting at 6:10 p.m., Saturday starting at 7:10 p.m., and Sunday’s finale set for 1:10 p.m.).
Fireworks over Coors Field will also likely be a part of Colorado’s Independence Day weekend reunion with Arenado. However, the Rockies are currently revising the promotional schedule so dates and times for those and other festivities planned for the season are still uncertain.
August highlights include the only visit of the season from the Chicago Cubs, scheduled for Tuesday-Thursday, August 3-5. Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s games will have first pitch at 6:40 p.m., while Thursday will start at 1:10 p.m.
The Rockies will conclude the 2021 season with nine consecutive home games, split into three three-game series with the Dodgers, San Francisco Giants, and Washington Nationals. Of those games, two are scheduled for 1:10 p.m. first pitches, including the season finale against the Nationals on Wednesday, September 29.
