The Colorado Rockies will host their first postseason game since 2009 on Sunday afternoon when the Milwaukee Brewers pay a visit to Coors Field for Game 3 of the National League Division Series.

Game 3 will begin at 2:37 p.m. (Mountain time). The matchup between the Colorado Rockies and Milwaukee Brewers will be televised exclusively in the United States by MLB Network. Milwaukee leads the series 2-0 after taking the first two games at Miller Park, including a 4-0 shutout on Friday afternoon.

On Sunday, fans are encouraged to arrive early as the game will be sold out and security measures will be in effect. All fans will have to pass through security screening before entering Coors Field so expect delays.

Additionally, there will be extra traffic in downtown Denver on Sunday as the Hot Chocolate 15K/5K race will be going on around Civic Center Park that morning. The Denver Police Department is trying to spread the word about downtown traffic already.

Here are some key things to know for Sunday. All times listed below are in Mountain time…

More from Colorado Rockies News

Ticket availability: The game is sold out. If your ticket reads, “NLDS Home Game 1,” then you have a valid ticket for Sunday’s game.

Gate openings: Gates A and E will open for outfield and Rooftop access at Noon. 30 minutes later, all gates will open. If you’re looking for additional entry points into the stadium, make sure to check out the 20th Street side of the ballpark near Gate E and on Blake Street between Gates B & C.

Parking: Coors Field parking lots will open at 11 a.m. Parking will be available in the main parking lot through the normal entrances. You can pay with cash or credit card. With the game being sold out, parking lots will fill up quickly so plan to arrive early.

Additionally, it is Sunday in downtown Denver, meaning that street parking is free. If you don’t mind walking a bit and getting a spot early, this is a cheaper and effective option.

Giveaways: Rally towels will be provided for all those in attendance, courtesy of UC Health.
