SWIPE LEFT ON THESE ROCKIES

Nolan Arenado. Just 2-for-20 with a double sucks, but Arenado’s struck out just twice in those 20 at-bats, so he’s certainly not getting overmatched at the plate. But he’s an All Star!

Ben Paulsen. Paulsen can hit, but he hasn’t this week, going just 2-for-11 with four strikeouts as a platoon first baseman/left fielder.

Drew Stubbs. Stubbs is back! He’s hit a solo home run, but he’s also gone just 1-for-10 with four strikeouts since returning.

Chad Bettis. His numbers are certainly skewed by his awful outing on Tuesday, but, man. that was an awful outing. Ten runs, four home runs allowed and just 2.1 innings pitched. Um.
