This week hasn’t been nearly as brutal on the Colorado Rockies as maybe I had expected.
The Rockies took the final game against Seattle on a walk-off home run from Michael McKenry, the team then (against all odds) took two out of three games against the Nationals in Washington, despite facing three of the better pitchers in the National League (who saw that one coming?!).
Now, they’re in New York, and suffered through a tough — but close — loss on Monday night. (I know, I know, close doesn’t count.)
Anyways… we might have more to talk about on the hot side of things (swiping right, remember?) than I first thought when I was scanning for this post. Come hit that jump to the next slide and let’s talk about the hottest of hot Rox.
