Colorado Rockies Podcast: What’s wrong with Jon Gray and Kyle Freeland joins the show
In the fifth episode of the Rockie Road podcast, we have our second guest.
Kyle Freeland joins the Rockie Road podcast in our fifth episode to talk about his life on and off the mound. He shares with me some of his favorite golf courses, the fun he’s had at late night talk shows, and seeing his favorite comedian while on the road.
Freeland shares that he thinks that’s helped him mentally. Talking about his improvements this season as a pitcher with a better mental approach from all that fun.
The lefty also talked about his two dogs some of his favorite athletes and which job in sports is the best.

Earlier in the show, I detail Jon Gray‘s struggles and learned a new perspective for why they are occurring. Plus Gray chimed in for a few minutes and elaborated on some of what I, and other reporters, have seen.
Plus, I talk about how I’ve liked what I have seen from Noel Cuevas, Tony Wolters and Mike Dunn and how each has helped the Rockies.
Charlie Blackmon had a two hit game and that could be big and I explain why.
I also chime in on Hanley Ramírez being designated for assignment and if he could help the Colorado club.
