Colorado Rockies: Starting Lineups Announced For Wild Card Game

Tonight, the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks will face off against one another in the NL Wild Card game for the right to take on the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLDS. The Rox and D-Backs have recently announced their starting lineups and rosters for the big game tonight.
The starting pitching matchup will feature Jon Gray (10-4, 3.67 ERA) against Zack Greinke (17-7, 3.20 ERA). Greinke has some postseason pitching experience, going 3-3 with a 3.55 ERA in 58.1 career postseason innings pitched. On the other hand, Gray has had no playoff experience in his career thus far.

On the bench for the Diamondbacks will be Chris Herrmann, Chris Iannetta, Brandon Drury, Kristopher Negron, Adam Rosales, Gregor Blanco, and Rey Fuentes.
As last night’s AL Wild Card game showed, anything is possible in the pitching department in a one game series. As a result, both teams have full bullpens ready for whatever may happen tonight.
Arizona’s bullpen will include Archie Bradley, Andrew Chafin, Patrick Corbin, Jorge De La Rosa, Zack Godley, David Hernandez, Robbie Ray, Fernando Rodney, and Jimmie Sherfy.
The Rox bullpen will be comprised of Carlos Estavez, Greg Holland, Pat Neshek, Scott Oberg, Anthony Senzatela, Tyler Anderson, Mike Dunn, Jake McGee, and Chris Rusin.

First pitch for tonight is scheduled for just after 6:00 p.m. MDT with coverage on TBS. The winner will catch the short plane ride to Los Angeles for the NLDS beginning Friday, while the loser will head home for the offseason.
