Colorado could not recover from a disastrous fourth inning in Monday afternoon's spring training game against the Chicago White Sox.

The White Sox exploded for 11 runs in the fourth to put the game out of reach.

Former Rockies prospect and catcher Drew Romo took it to his old team Monday afternoon, going 2-for-2 with a triple and four RBI in the win.

Rockies starter Kyle Freeland lasted just two innings and struggled with his command, surrendering one run on three hits while walking three and striking out two. The lone run came on a solo home run by Oliver Dunn in the second inning.

Relievers Valente Bellozo and Evan Shawver combined to give up 11 runs on 11 hits while walking two and striking out two.
