Opening Day 2025 is right around the corner, and though the Colorado Rockies will be on the road to start the new season, the end of April is going to be a big, big month, especially April 26.
On that Saturday, the Rockies will celebrate Coors Field’s 30th anniversary. On Wednesday, the club announced the details of what figures to be a very special day.

A special 30th Anniversary ticket package, which includes a limited-edition Dante Bichette t-shirt, will be available for purchase online. Fans can secure their seats and t-shirt at rockies.com/themes.
Fans will also be able to enjoy throwback concessions, as well as a Coors Field 30th Anniversary Lager, brewed inside the ballpark at The SandLot Brewery, at various locations throughout the ballpark.
Throughout the game, the Rockies will also be showing key moments from the 1995 season, bringing with a ‘90s-themed atmosphere, including music, scoreboard visuals and throwbacks to the Rockies’ first-ever postseason run. A special 30th anniversary baseball will also be used on the field throughout the game, with game-used baseballs available for purchase at the Authentics kiosk, according to a press release the team released on Wednesday.
The Rockies open the regular season at the Tampa Bay Rays, and won’t play at home until April 4 when they host the Athletics.
