The Colorado Rockies (10-7) and Philadelphia Phillies (8-10) will face each other in the third of a four-game series at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Pa., on Wednesday and we have the betting odds, lines, and matchup for the game.

The Rockies will send Ryan Feltner to the mound as their starter. He will be making his 2022 debut as he had spent the start of the season with Triple-A Albuquerque. He is being called up because the Rockies’ game last Friday was rained out and they had their Friday starter (Antonio Senzatela) start pushed back to Saturday. They didn’t want to start him on three days rest so they called Feltner up.

In Triple-A in 2022, he has gone 2-0 with 3.10 ERA in four starts. He has averaged 3.5 walks and 10.6 strikeouts per nine innings. He made his MLB debut in 2021 and he made two starts with an ERA of 11.37.

After Feltner’s excellent start for Albuquerque last week, Rockies manager Bud Black spoke in his pre-game press conference on Sunday about what Feltner has been working on recently. You can read about that here.

Opposing him will be lefty Ranger Suárez. Suárez is 1-0 with a 4.38 ERA in three starts this year. He has a 1.784 WHIP with an average of 10.9 hits, 5.1 walks, and 6.6 strikeouts per nine innings.

In 2021, he went 8-5 with a 1.36 ERA in 39 games (12 starts, four saves), a 2.72 FIP, and an average of 2.8 walks and 9.1 strikeouts per nine innings.
