5. The Rockies will hit .300 as a team on the road

The Rockies have an explosive lineup, possibly the greatest lineup in the league this year.

Last year, they hit .304 at home in the thin air of 5,280 feet. However, on the road they hit a sub-par .246.

Last year they had a great lineup. However, this year they will be even better.

They added a great hitter in Ian Desmond at first. Rockies fans will also be able to watch Story and Dahl for almost an entire season after both had stellar, but short-lived rookie seasons.

Even the weakest link in the lineup, Tony Wolters, has improved his hitting. He finished last season hitting .259, but steadily improved every month finishing the final month of the season hitting .290.

For what its worth he is also hitting .424 in Spring Training. Even the weakest link in the lineup will have a solid season at the plate.

This year the Rockies home batting average will increase slightly. However, more importantly the Rockies will win the World Series, because their road batting average will sky-rocket into the .300s.
