The Colorado Rockies return home after a brutal road trip to face the American League’s Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (I hate the full name, too. Come on, Anaheim.)

The Colorado Rockies had a tough ten-game road trip, losing seven of their games and generally playing some bad baseball in San Francisco, Oakland, and Phoenix.
Finally, thankfully, mercifully, they return home to Denver, and bring good news with them — DJ LeMahieu (here) and Nolan Arenado (here) were named All Stars, and Troy Tulowitzki has a chance to join the team, too, as the Rockies’ third representative!
But there’s still baseball to be played before the All-Star break. First up: two games against the Angels.
As always, here are your probable pitchers, along with some keys for the Rockies as they look to win a series, and some info on the Los Angeles Angels — who the Rockies have seen once before for a two-game series in Anaheim back in April.
