Today’s Matchup – September 6, 2011

It’s call-up time!!
First off, I must apologize for the lack of daily posts. The good news is we’re back and ready to roll to bring you the best Rockies coverage on the web.
That said, let’s talk call-ups. I love September because we get to see, for a period of one month, the future of a club. This next month will say a lot about the future of the Rockies, and I’m excited. First, Drew Pomeranz was called up and will make his first start on Sunday. The much-anticipated debut of Wil Rosario will come today, and (my personal favorite) Jordan Pacheco makes his debut tonight, but at the hot corner instead of behind the plate. Those are just the notables – a full list will come very soon.
