Today’s Matchup – July 2, 2011

The Rockies continue their 3-game series against the Royals, the final one they’ll play against the American League, tonight at Coors Field. Jhoulys Chacin was originally scheduled to start, but he was scratched for forearm tightness, which may be a partial explanation for his troubles on Monday in Chicago. Greg Reynolds, who was solid in some spot starts back in April, takes another stab at it tonight in Chacin’s place.
