Looking for some contributing writers

With Spring Training just a few days away, Rox Pile is cranking into high gear. I am looking for a few passionate Rockies’ fans to become contributors on this site. You don’t have to be Dan Jenkins, but the ability to piece together coherent sentences is a requirement. This would be a great opportunity for experienced writers looking to write about baseball or for anyone trying to break into the field.

Fansided provides outstanding support to their writers. From dedicated directors of each sport, to hands-on ownership, to technical support, you won’t be left to try to find your own way in the vast blogosphere. All you need to do is produce intelligent, insightful, and interesting writing.

Interested parties should follow this link and fill out our application. From there, one of our directors will be in touch with you to answer all of your questions. Stop wandering around in the internet wilderness and come to a network that has the connections to bring the readers to you. Fansided has partnered with Big Lead Sports and all of our sites are featured on Google News. Your work will also be seen by the over 6,000 Facebook fans of Fansided.

I have some big plans for Rox Pile over the next year. I’ll be reporting from Spring Training in March and checking in on the Rockies’ minor league squads throughout the summer. And of course there will be constant discussion about the Big Club. So whether you want to write about the Rockies once a day or once a week, I could use some solid writers to help me out.
