Colorado Rockies’ fans are conditioned to expect to the worst when the team plays in San Francisco. And understandably so. Speaking for myself, I never allow myself to fully get my hopes up, even when something good appears to be happening for the Rockies in that darn, beautiful AT&T Park.
And so it was that the Rockies lost to the San Francisco Giants 6-5 on Friday night. Knowing that the team lost by one run in San Francisco, again, we know that there was some gut-wrenching, game-defining moment.
