Colorado Rockies at Atlanta Braves, 5:10 P.M. MT

The Colorado Rockies (56-78) and Atlanta Braves (76-60) continue their four games series tonight with both teams winning one game over the first two.

Alex White (2-7) will make his first September start of 2012 coming off an August in he posted a 4.03 ERA and the Rockies went 5-2 in games he started. High pitch counts continue to plague White as he has not lasted more than four innings in six straight starts. This will be the first time that White will face the Braves in his career. Mike Minor (7-10) is coming off a tough luck August in which he finished with a 3.57 ERA but ended up 1-3. In his last start Minor went 5 innings and gave up 4 run in a loss to the Phillies.

Jim Tracy loads up on right handed bats against the left-handed Minor with Carlos Gonzalez being the only left-handed batter in the starting line-up. Cargo is 3-3 with a double and 2 RBI against minor in his career.
